The Georgia Tech Archives collects, preserves, exhibits, and makes available for research institutional archives, manuscripts, personal papers, organizational records, visual materials, memorabilia, rare books, and architectural collections. These materials primarily document the history of Georgia Tech and the activities of its faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

For virtual services visit ourThe Georgia Tech Library features more than 1.2 million items in its circulating collection, including books, e-books, music and movies. The majority of this physical collection is housed in cold storage at the Library Service Center in partnership with Emory University, meaning students, faculty and staff have access to their multi-million volume collection, as well. This partnership continues to expand, so check the catalog regularly for new items.
