A full range of library services and resources are available to the distance learning community, and we make every effort to meet the needs of distance learners at the library.
The distance learning community includes currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff in GT Europe and GT Shenzhen study abroad programs, Georgia Tech Online, and those residing outside the Atlanta area.
Located on the 1st floor of Crosland Tower, the Archives Reading Room is the public services access point for Archives & Special Collections.
The Georgia Tech faculty have a BuzzCard-accessible room on the 4th floor of Price Gilbert. The Faculty Research Zone is a series of spaces set aside in the Library for use by faculty only, for work-related activities. Please contact John Mack Freeman if you are not able to access the room.
The Georgia Tech Library offers students, faculty and staff a host of technology options. These include various computing areas, a wide range of software, and multimedia services.
The Georgia Tech Library defines excellence in the creation, preservation, curation, and connection of scholarship. Through this work we create new paths of learning, knowledge, information, and resources to develop leaders who advance technology and improve the human condition.
