To properly administer this repository and preserve the contents for future use, Georgia Institute of Technology (“GT”) and Georgia Tech Research Corporation (“GTRC”) requires certain permissions from you, the author(s) or copyright owner.
By accepting this license, you do not give up the copyright to your work. You do not give up the right to submit the work to publishers or other repositories. By agreeing to this license, you grant to the GT and GTRC the perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right, with right to sublicense, to reproduce, modify (as defined below) and/or distribute your submission (including the metadata and abstract) worldwide, in any format or medium for non-commercial, research, educational, or related academic purposes only. GT Digital Repository Terms of Use
- General: The Georgia Tech Digital Repository is maintained by Georgia Institute of Technology Library (“Library”) in support of its mission to disseminate information and research to scholars, educators, and the public. As used in these Terms of Use, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the Library, Georgia Institute of Technology (“GT”) and Georgia Tech Research Corporation (“GTRC”). Use of the Georgia Tech Digital Repository (the website and its content) is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By using the Georgia Tech Digital Repository website and any of its content, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If any of these Terms of Use are unacceptable to you, do not use the Georgia Tech Digital Repository.
- Copyright and Use of Georgia Tech Digital Repository Content: The Georgia Tech Digital Repository includes text, images, graphics, information articles, multi-media object, scholarly projects and other works protected by copyright, trademark and other laws (“Content”).
