Mother of All Demos

Join the Georgia Tech Library and retroTECH on Thursday, Aug. 27, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Interactive Media Zone (IMZ) on the Grove Level of Price Gilbert for "The Mother of All Demos." 

This event includes a viewing of computing pioneer Douglas Engelbart's demonstration of then-emerging technologies in 1968 at the Association for Computing Machinery and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers conference. The computer mouse, word processing, shared-screen collaboration, and videoconferencing are all in this demo in their first form. 

No need to stay for the entire presentation; drop in for some popcorn and catch part of this historic demonstration.
