Tia Stegall

Tia Stegall joined the Georgia Tech Library as the Human Resources Manager in summer 2023 after working in various HR roles throughout Georgia Tech’s campus. With her expertise in HR, she plays a crucial role in managing personnel matters, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. 

Before her position with the Georgia Tech Library, Tia held various HR positions at the Scheller College of Business, GT Athletics, and the central Human Resources Office on GT’s campus. She holds a bachelor’s in public relations, is HR certified, and is currently pursuing an MBA.  

Tia's passion lies in people. Her curiosity and dedication to people enables her with the ability to navigate the complexities of human resources making her an invaluable asset to the Georgia Tech community. Tia’s commitment to supporting our library employees contribute to the smooth functioning of the institution.
