The Long Now Lecture Series at retroTECH: Resisting Utopia

Come to the Library's third-floor Crosland Tower retroTECH lab Tuesday, Feb. 11 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a group viewing of one of the Long Now Foundation’s lecture series and enjoy the conversation it sparks. 

This month's video is "Resisting Dystopia." Science fiction authors Becky Chambers and Annalee Newitz gave this talk in 2023, exploring how science fiction can help us imagine new futures that make sense of our current civilizational struggles.
