Meeting room requests may take up to 3 business days to be processed and approved.
Meeting rooms are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Student organization meetings are not permitted.
Students and student organizations can reserve up to 2 hours per reservation for study space, not exceeding 4 hours per day. Meeting rooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per month per student or student organization.
Meeting rooms may only be reserved by currently enrolled GT students, faculty or staff. Some rooms are available to faculty only.
Meeting rooms must be reserved in order to be used.
If you no longer need to use the room, reservations should be canceled online through the GT Events System.
Users are requested to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
