  • Meeting room requests may take up to 3 business days to be processed and approved.
  • Meeting rooms are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Student organization meetings are not permitted.
  • Students and student organizations can reserve up to 2 hours per reservation for study space, not exceeding 4 hours per day. Meeting rooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per  month per student or student organization.
  • Meeting rooms may only be reserved by currently enrolled GT students, faculty or staff. Some rooms are available to   faculty only.
  • Meeting rooms must be reserved in order to be used. 
  • If you no longer need to use the room, reservations should be canceled online through the GT Events System.
  • Users are requested to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
