Clough classroom requests may take up to 3 business days to be processed and approved.
Clough classrooms are primarily used for centrally-scheduled academic classes, which will always have space priority over events.
Clough classrooms are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Student organization meetings are not permitted.
Students and student organizations can reserve up to 2 hours per reservation for study space, not exceeding 4 hours per day. Library meeting rooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per month per student or student organization.
Clough classrooms may only be reserved by currently enrolled GT students, faculty or staff. Some rooms are available to faculty only.
All Clough classrooms must be reserved in order to be used.
If you no longer need to use the room, reservations should be canceled online through the GT Events System.
Users are requested to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
Problems with the technology in the AV-equipped rooms can be reported 24 hours per day to the OIT Classroom Support by calling 404-894-4669.
All AV equipment should be turned off upon leaving the room.
