Policies | FAQs
  • Clough classroom requests may take up to 3 business days to be processed and approved.
  • Clough classrooms are primarily used for centrally-scheduled academic classes, which will always have space priority over events.
  • Clough classrooms are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Student organization meetings are not permitted.
  • Students and student organizations can reserve up to 2 hours per reservation for study space, not exceeding 4 hours per day. Library meeting rooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per  month per student or student organization.
  • Clough classrooms may only be reserved by currently  enrolled GT students, faculty or staff. Some rooms are available to  faculty only.
  • All Clough classrooms must be reserved in order to be used.
  • If you no longer need to use the room, reservations should be canceled online through the GT Events System.
  • Users are requested to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
  • Problems with the technology in the AV-equipped rooms can be reported 24 hours per day to the OIT Classroom Support by calling  404-894-4669.
  • All AV equipment should be turned off upon leaving the room.
