• Instant reservation rooms are instantly available with online reservation 24 hours a day, no approval required.

• Instant reservation rooms may only be reserved up to 48 hours in advance.

• Instant reservation rooms may only be reserved by currently enrolled GT students, faculty or staff.

• Instant reservation rooms are intended for academic activities only. Non-academic activities and student organization meetings are not permitted.

• All instant reservation rooms must be reserved in order to be used.

• Instant reservation rooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per month per student.

• Please cancel your reservation online if you do not need to use the room.

• Users are required to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
