The Access Services Department manages, maintains, and ensures the availability of the library's print collections. The department also manages course reserves, user accounts (includes billing, and collection of fines and fees), copy services, and provides access to a variety of multi-media gadgets such as laptops, digital cameras and camcorders, calculators, iPads, Kindles, etc. The Universal Borrowing program (GIL Express) is also managed by the Access Services Department.
